* I consent to the recording and free-of-charge, repeated dissemination of my image in the form of an online broadcast of
XIXth European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg products and XXVth European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat, organized by European Federation of WPSA with Symposium Cracoviense Sp. z o.o., acting on its behalf. This consent: is limited in terms of time to 10 months after the Symposium and in terms of persons to the registered participants of the Symposium concerns all video materials recorded during the Symposium that feature myself. My image may be used for the purpose of various forms of electronic processing of images, cropping and compositing, without the obligation to obtain approval of the final result, but not in offensive forms or forms generally recognized as unethical.
